It's time to celebrate SAKURA, also known as Cherry Blossoms! Did you know that cherry blossom viewing, know as "O-Hanami", is commonly practiced in Japan? Once the cherry trees come close to full bloom, people bring out their picnic blankets and picnic baskets, sit under the cherry trees and spend quality time with the fleeting cherry blossoms that only last for up to two weeks.
This year, we will kick start our Sakura Festival on April 12th and we will continue to color the shop in PINK until April 18th. Come check out our cute shops filled with pink bouquets and special arrangements that will only be available during our 2nd Annual Sakura Festival!
April's flower lesson theme is "Cherry Blossoms". We will incorporate branches of cherry trees and cherry-blossom colored flowers. Our regular mini bouquets and rose bouquet lessons will also incorporate flowers in light - dark pink.
